Working together in the space between...

who you are and who you're becoming.

Therapy for Two (or more)

Being in a relationship can bring out the best in us—and the hardest parts of being human.

Often, couples come to me because they’re tired of having the same conversation over and over, or they feel stuck in a kind of peace that looks fine on the surface but leaves them feeling disconnected and alone.

Sometimes there are real differences in how you each move through the world—different ways of thinking, feeling, or communicating. Other times, one or both of you have gone through something that’s changed you, and the relationship is still trying to catch up.

I don’t see couples therapy as fixing one person—or even fixing the relationship.

I see it as working with the space between you—the patterns, reactions, and ways of relating that take shape when you’re together.

The Practice of Us

In this studio, we treat your relationship as a living, creative process. We aren't just going to talk about what happened on Tuesday night; we’re going to slow things down and work with the patterns as they unfold in the room.

We follow the nervous system: We look at how you trigger one another, how you get lost, and practice how to find your way back to safety together.

We look at the stories: We examine the narratives you’ve inherited about what a relationship "should" look like and make space for something that  fits who you actually are.

We practice in real time: I provide a steady, non-judgmental space where you can try out new ways of communicating, make mistakes, and revise how you relate as you go.

There are things we can only learn and change in relationship. I approach this work with intention, curiosity, and respect for how complex it can be.  It can be hard—but it is also rich, meaningful, and full of possibility.

Is this for you?

This work asks for a willingness from both (all) people to engage with the process—not just to explain your perspective, but to stay present with what happens between you.

We can start with a conversation to see whether this feels like a good fit.

Start with a Conversation

If you’re curious about working together, we can start with a conversation. We’ll get a feel for what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether this feels like a good fit.
